-YouTube, Spanish Vertice 360 ink content agreement

9 May 2011 - Spanish audiovisual firm Vertice 360 (MCE:VER) and Google's video-sharing website YouTube have inked a content agreement, Cinco Dias reported.
Under the partnership, YouTube users will be able to watch Vertice's audiovisual content, while Vertice will share with YouTube the revenue from the advertisements which users view while watching its content.
